Europejska Fundacja Rozwoju Człowieka (EuroFRC) was born in September 2016 as an answer to the international mobility need in the Voivodeship of Łódź, and under strategic partnership for youth development.

EuroFRC provides European and global opportunities for the personal development of individuals based on education and culture. Our principle is anchored on the motto “humans helping humans”.

The founders are a group of local and international young professionals building European mobility opportunities and educational chances who shares knowledge and offer inputs to society (especially to young people). We aim at carving into society, leaving an educational footprint: innovative educational approaches and techniques, non-formal education tools for learning, workshops and sessions oriented to personal and professional development, training courses and exchanges, initiatives and campaigning, and similar.

Our Foundation finds its pillars in 5 relevant topics of European and global interest:

  • Education
  • Human Rights
  • Employment and Entrepreneurship
  • Environment
  • Digitalisation

We tailor and manage projects based on different European funds on regular basis, and we  daily put our trust in education as we do think that individuals’ needs are based on what they learn during the lapse time of their own lives, and they acquire knowledge according to their experiences and applied studies.

Our goal since we founded EuroFRC has been of supporting youth and people to find answers to their personal and professional development, in favor of growth and embracing European values.
